Our Ethos
All our dishes are made with the freshest ingredients and, where possible, are supplied by local producers. Our menus do change frequently and the samples below will give you some idea of the type of food that we serve. We can't promise that we'll have all the choices below when you arrive but we are sure there'll be something just as appetising for you to try. Real Food For Real People
Real food for real people, with friendly staff in relaxed and comfortable surroundings. With as little fuss as possible, we serve excellent quality, traditional food. Our Head Chef, Lewis Buy, uses seasonal produce in all his dishes and, where possible, we endeavour to source this from local farms or local suppliers, with quality being our primary objective. We source our meats from Oxfordshire Farms. We would like to serve local fish but, unfortunately, Oxfordshire is a little far from the oceans to make this possible. Due to this, we have found an excellent, reliable supplier in Brixham and they deliver, fresh from the market, early in the morning. Our puddings are homemade in our kitchens taking great care in both their production and presentation and we are rightfully proud of them.
