We have a snack menu, or full lunch Menu, as well as our specials board.
If you just want to pop by for a quick cup of coffee and a cake, that's fine with us too.
Our Aim
All our dishes are made with the freshest ingredients and, where possible, are supplied by local producers. Our menus do change frequently and the samples below will give you some idea of the type of food that we serve. We can't promise that we'll have all the choices below when you arrive but we are sure there'll be something just as appetising for you to try. Real Food For Real People
With as little fuss as possible, we serve excellent quality, traditional food: real food for real people, with friendly staff in relaxed and comfortable surroundings. Our Head Chef, Lewis Buy, uses seasonal produce in all his dishes and, where possible, we endeavour to source this from local farms or local suppliers, with quality being our primary objective. We source our meats from Oxfordshire Farms. We would like to serve local fish but, unfortunately, Oxfordshire is a little far from the oceans to make this possible. Due to this, we have found an excellent, reliable supplier in Brixham and they deliver, fresh from the market, early in the morning. Our puddings are homemade in our kitchens taking great care in both their production and presentation and we are rightly proud of them.

Come and join us for a full lunch, including tempting starters, tasty main courses, and classic puddings. We have a great selection of drinks to accompany your meal, including our well sourced wine list which you can sample by the glass, or by the bottle.
Lunch Snack Menu
We have a variety of tasty snacks for you to enjoy if you just fancy a quick bite to eat. Our chunky subs have a variety of classic fillings, which you can accompany with a well dressed salad or side order. Why not try some of our classic real ales as a refreshing accompaniment?

We have some succulent local sourced Oxfordshire beef, served with seasonal vegetables.
