We have a wide range of classic and rare spirits for you to savour, as well as liqueurs and vermouths.
Enjoy a zingy gin and tonic in the garden, or a warming spiced rum by the fire.

Gin

The distinctive taste of juniper berries:
Sipsmiths Gin and sloe gin, copper stilled in London. This is the best gin the Landlord has tasted!
Blackwoods Nordic A vintage dry Gin using local botanical ingredients from Shetland.
Williams Chase A unique Gin flavoured with apples.
Junipero Dry style with power, spice, perfume and balance.
Tanqueray A strong and smooth London dry gin
Bombay Sapphire Flavoured with almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries,
orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb, and grains of paradise
Hendricks A quirky flavour with a hint of Bulgarian Rose and a mash of cucumber

Dark, White & Spiced Rum

The sweet taste of sugarcane and molasses:
Havana Club Cuba's finest, we have no.7 no.3 and especial.

Vodka

The pure taste of Russia and the east:

Liqueurs

Flavored with fruit, herbs, nuts, spices, flowers, or cream and bottled with added sugar:
Pernod The classic french anise liqueur.
Cointreau A of triple sec liqueur made from oranges.
Drambuie A honey and herb flavoured golden liqueur made from malt whisky, heather honey and a secret blend of herbs and spices.
Baileys A rich irish whiskey and cream combination.
Disaronno Amaretto with a characteristic bittersweet almond taste.
Tia Maria A coffee liqueur from Jamaica flavoured with coffee beans, cane spirit, vanilla, and sugar.


Apértifs & Vermouths

Apértifs typcially served with your meal, vermouths for cocktails:
Dubonnet A blend of fortified wine, herbs, spices and quinine.
Campari An infusion of herbs, fruit, and chinotto. Great with soda.
Noilly Prat A dry, straw-hued vermouth from Marseillan in the south of France.
